Former U.S. Ambassador to China and NATO, Nicholas Burns, is speaking at the University Aula in Oslo on September 7. Diplomacy, democracy, defence and the future of the transatlantic relationship are on the agenda, drawing on Burns' more than three decades of diplomatic experience serving six U.S. presidents.
